TITLE: Sexual Violence Prevention Worker
HOURS: 910 Hours a year (annualised hours contract)
SALARY: £27,295 pro rata
PENSION ENTITLEMENT: Employer contribution of 6%
ANNUAL LEAVE ENTITLEMENT: 140 hours inclusive of public & bank holidays
RESPONSIBLE TO: Service Manager
The STAR Centre is seeking a Sexual Violence Prevention Worker to deliver the RCS prevention programme to young people across Ayrshire.
The successful candidate will have an understanding and appreciation of the feminist analysis of violence against women and girls. Along with a proven track record in delivering workshops/group work with young people.

This post is currently funded until 31st March 2026, further funding for this role will be sought.
