The STAR Centre: Rape Crisis Ayrshire offers free and confidential support to anyone, of any ethnicity, aged 13+ who has experienced any type of sexual violence (women, girls, men, boys and those who identify as transgender or non-binary) across North, South and East Ayrshire. We have been offering services in Ayrshire since 1987.

We also work with local schools, colleges, universities and youth groups and local agencies educating about gender based violence.

We are part of the Rape Crisis Scotland Network and work within the National Rape Crisis Service standards. We are a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) SC010678.

Today marks the start of #StalkingAwarenessWeek ! @actionagainststalkingaas and @live_life_safe will be doing a lot of work to raise awareness of stalking, focusing on how healthcare professionals can spot the signs that someone is being stalked and get them the help they need. The STAR Centre supports anyone that has experienced sexual violence, and can point you in the right direction for further support if you are being stalked.
